Multi Benefit Plans Trust was established to meet the dental and vision needs of small employer groups in the State of California. Employers may choose from an array of Dental and Vision plans from Premier Access Insurance Companies and Davis Vision.
The Trust is governed by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and has filed as such with the Federal Government. The Trust Fund 5500 Reports are filed annually to the Department of Labor as required and is overseen by Trustees.
Mr. Cox President of PacFed Benefit Administrators, Inc.has worked in the Insurance Industry since 1970. During his career, he has developed an understanding of the group insurance industry, including government regulations, the sales process, new product design and marketing, and development of operational systems.
